María de Sánchez
This one-time regional Taekwondo champion, born in Barcelona in 1969, first came into contact with the porn industry through her boyfriend Oliver Sanchez. They visited swinger’s clubs together until, in 1994, thanks to their friendship with José Maria Ponce, they got a chance to work in porn. With relatively few films to her name, Maria shot to fame, bringing Spanish porn to the attention of a national audience with her appearances on prime time TV programs with famous presenters like Pepe Navarro and Ivonne Reyes. Her introduction to the industry worldwide came with her appearance in “Sweet Baby 2” by Pierre Woodman, then directing for Private.
Maria is, without doubt, the most international Spanish porn star of the late nineties. She starred in many productions in the U.S. - with directors like John Stagliano and John Leslie - and in Europe, with Pierre Woodman as mentioned, as well as with Mario Salieri, Ralf Scott, and Rocco Siffredi. In Spain she was directed by José María Ponce and Conrad Son.
In 1998, after breast enhancement surgery, she retired from the industry, leaving over a hundred films that prove that nothing was too extreme for her.
In 2005, as a result of a fantastic offer from Media Partners, Maria returned to acting to make a series of films, a highlight being “Kannibal. The Taste of Blood,” directed by Angel Mora.
